Technician certification requires testing written, recommendations, verifiable documentation of professional training and work history.

Certified prep exam fees
Industry supplies, clothing, or employment tools
Annual membership fees
Industry start up supplies
Scholarships are as funds are available and are not guaranteed. Scholarship funds are available to apply for if funding is available at time of application. All scholarships require a written letter to include item requested, reason for request, hardship statement, and how the scholarship will help you. Letter will be reviewed by the industry committee. Partial funding or no funding may apply at the time of application. Funds are limited and dependent on donations to the GAP Scholarship Program. There are no guarantees at anytime.
How can you help the community? The association has developed GAP Scholarship Program with consists of donations and gives back to the community 100% of all donated funds. Funding will help others in the work force to achieve their goals, advance in their jobs and will help bring the household income out of poverty. By your generous donation to the program, you can help others with their education, with their advancement in their jobs, and be part of a growing community.

The organization is dedicated across disciplines, monitored by Licensed OSHA Instructors for safe practice. GAP recognizes your professional goals and your dedication to a growing network of like minded professionals.
Many employers and government agencies require certification for job opportunities or to advance in their careers. Some licensing boards require certification in the industry to apply for a license.
The Association has voluntary committees that dedicates their time, knowledge, education, and experience to each industry to assist you in safe practice and professional certification so that you can advance in the industry.
